Makeup Services

1. To confirm your booking, you must pay 50% of the total amount at the time of booking.

2. The remaining payment must be cleared on or before the first makeup.

3. The advance amount, once given, is non-refundable under any circumstances.

     3.1. If the client cancels the booking, the booking amount is non-refundable.

     3.2. f the artist cancels the booking, the entire booking amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

4. In the event of any changes to the booking, such as a change in the number of makeups or a change in the city/state, the artist will only be able to accommodate the requested changes based on availability and feasibility. If the changes are not possible, and the client wishes to cancel the booking, no refund will be offered.

5. A mutually pre-decided time slot must be honored. A waiting period exceeding half an hour will not be acceptable for on-venue bookings.

6. The client should report any skin conditions to the makeup artist before the application. Clients agree to release the makeup artist, TJ MAKEOVERS & TEAM, from liability for any skin complications resulting from allergic reactions.

7.For outstation bookings, the client is responsible for covering all travel expenses, including petrol, driver’s fee, toll taxes, food, and accommodation. Stay arrangements should be made in the same hotel where the wedding is taking place. We will choose the mode of travel based on the fastest available option.

8. TJ MAKEOVERS reserves the right to terminate the contract in the event of any non-compliance with the terms.
